People from various disciplines work at the AIP, first and foremost the scientists who conduct research in the field of astrophysics, but technical, engineering, manual and commercial professions are also represented. The following interviews provide a brief insight into the work at the AIP.

Oskar Sauerbrey completed his training in the precision mechanics workshop at AIP and won the Brandenburg state championship in the precision mechanics trade at the 2024 German Crafts Skills championship. In this interview, he talks about his apprenticeship at the AIP.
