Bibliometrics and Key Figures

In the context of evaluation procedures and reporting requirements, institutions and researchers often have to provide publication-based key figures. We are happy to help you determine such key figures! In addition to the ADS, we also use other bibliometric tools and subject databases to obtain as complete a picture as possible. Service and advice

The library will prepare citation analyses for you on a person- or journal-level (Hirsch Index, Impact Factor, etc.) on request and will be happy to advise you on all questions regarding metrics and indicators. At the same time, it is important for us to inform you about the problems and weaknesses in the use of such instruments.
